By placing an order, making a purchase, or engaging our workshop services
with The ManCave Kowloon Limited (hereinafter referred to as "The Mancave Kowloon", "we", or "us"), you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to the following terms and conditions.
1. Stock & Parts Sourcing
In-Stock Items:
Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.
Pre-orders & Global Sourcing:
For items not in stock, we offer professional global sourcing. Please contact us via WhatsApp or Website Chat for lead times and pricing. Once a sourcing order is confirmed and processed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable. (All sales are final.)
2. Workshop Services & Customization
Estimates:
All quotes provided for repairs or customization are estimates. Should unforeseen mechanical issues arise during the process, we will notify you before proceeding with further work.
Repair Delays & No Compensation:
All estimated turnaround or completion times for repairs, customization, or parts sourcing are approximations only and are not guaranteed. We are not liable for any delays caused by parts availability, international shipping, customs clearance, or unforeseen technical complexities. The Mancave Kowloon Limited is not responsible for providing alternative transportation (such as courtesy vehicles), nor are we liable for any financial compensation, loss of use, or mandatory vehicle buyouts resulting from service delays.
Road Testing:
Our mechanics may ride your motorcycle on public roads for testing and diagnostic purposes before and after servicing or customization. You acknowledge and authorize such road tests. The Mancave Kowloon is not liable for traffic incidents, fines, or accidents occurring during necessary road tests, provided our team exercises reasonable care.
Liability:
The Mancave Kowloon is not liable for pre-existing mechanical failures or parts failure resulting from manufacturer defects.
Storage Fee:
We will notify you upon service completion. Items or motorcycles not collected within 30 days of notification may be subject to a daily storage fee to ensure workspace efficiency.
Abandoned Vehicles:
If any motorcycle or item remains uncollected and storage fees are unpaid for more than 90 days following our final notification, The Mancave Kowloon reserves the right to dispose of, auction, or sell the vehicle/items to recover outstanding service and storage costs, in accordance with applicable Hong Kong laws.
3. Shipping & Pickup
In-store Pickup:
Please collect your items within 7–14 business days after receiving our confirmation email.
SF Express (Freight Collect):
For local deliveries, shipping fees are paid by the receiver upon delivery. We are not responsible for damages or delays caused by the courier.
4. Returns, Exchanges & Final Sales
General Policy:
To maintain the quality and exclusivity of our curated collection, all sales are final.
In-store Inspection:
Please inspect all items and motorcycles thoroughly before leaving our premises. Once the item or motorcycle has left the shop, all sales are considered final and non-refundable.
Online Orders:
Please inspect items immediately upon receipt. Report any manufacturer defects within 7 working days. Items must be in their original, unused, and unbranded condition.
Merchandise & Apparel:
Please refer to size charts before ordering. Unwashed, unworn items with original tags may be exchanged for a different size (subject to availability) within 7 days. Limited-run or discounted items are strictly final sale.
5. Workshop Liability & Disclaimer
Performance Modifications:
Any modifications performed are intended for off-road or non-standard usage unless otherwise specified. We are not responsible for legal issues or fines arising from local traffic regulations regarding your motorcycle's modifications.
Customer-Supplied Parts:
If you request us to install parts, components, or fluids supplied by yourself, The Mancave Kowloon provides labor only and offers no warranty on the parts' performance or longevity. We are not responsible for any mechanical failure, damage, or safety hazards resulting from customer-supplied parts.
Parts Compatibility:
We are not liable for any failure caused by third-party parts. All manufacturer warranties on parts are governed by the respective manufacturer’s terms.
Vehicle Security:
While we take the utmost care of your motorcycle, The Mancave Kowloon is not liable for damages caused by unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, fire, or theft) while your vehicle is parked at our premises.
6. Product Representation & Intellectual Property
Representation:
Actual colors and finishes may vary due to computer display settings and lighting. For custom paint or cosmetic work, slight variations are inherent to the craftsmanship.
Intellectual Property:
All custom design concepts, workshop technical layouts, and branding materials created by The Mancave Kowloon are the intellectual property of our shop. Unauthorized reproduction is strictly prohibited.
7. Force Majeure & Dispute Resolution
Force Majeure:
We are not liable for performance failures resulting from causes beyond our reasonable control, including supply chain disruptions, logistics delays, or external technical issues.
Dispute Resolution:
In the event of any dispute, The Mancave Kowloon reserves the right to make the final decision regarding orders, refunds, and service adjustments.
