Terms of service

1. Stock & Parts Sourcing

• In-Stock Items: Availability is on a first-come, first-served basis.

• Pre-orders & Global Sourcing: Once a sourcing order is confirmed and processed, it is non-cancellable and non-refundable. (All sales are final.)

2. Workshop Services & Customization

• Estimates: All quotes for repairs or customization are estimates. Unforeseen mechanical issues will be communicated before proceeding.

• Liability: Not liable for pre-existing failures or manufacturer defects.

• Storage Fee: Items/motorcycles not collected within 30 days of notification may be subject to a storage fee.

3. Workshop Liability & Disclaimer

• Modifications are for off-road/non-standard use. Not responsible for legal issues regarding modifications.

• Not liable for damages caused by unforeseen events (e.g., natural disasters, theft) while parked at our premises.

4. Product Representation & Intellectual Property

• Colors/finishes may vary. Design concepts and branding materials are exclusive property of The Mancave Kowloon.

5. Force Majeure & Dispute Resolution

• Not liable for performance failures beyond our control (logistics/supply chain). The Mancave Kowloon reserves the right to make the final decision regarding all disputes.
